Hayden Panettiere, the ex-girlfriend of boxer Wladimir Klitschko, is making a comeback to Hollywood. She is being frank about her time spent away from the spotlight and her relationship with her daughter Kaya, who is 7 years old.
According to the Daily Mail, Hayden recently discussed her agonizing decision to give up custody in an appearance with Red Table Talk on Facebook Watch. The actress, 33, claimed that she started using drugs at the age of 15 and that her dependency got worse after having her daughter Kaya in 2014.
In a People magazine sneak peek of the episode, Hayden claimed that her ex-boyfriend had her give up her daughter.
As she recently completed trauma therapy and inpatient treatment, she also implied that they would reconsider the custody agreement when she received treatment for her addiction and postpartum depression.
