Oliver played the CCTV footage of their suspect meeting Bunny at the diner to Mabel and Charles. Later, the trio was summoned by the case’s new detective, who told them and Cinda to stop podcasting about it.
The group wondered if they had been messaging the murderer all along after meeting the detective. They made the choice to place a glitter bomb in a bag as a trap for the suspect. But when the three got into an argument over Charles’ meetings with Jan, the suspect was able to flee after detonating the glitter bomb.
