In KILLEEN, TEXAS, a teenager named Christian Lamar Weston has been charged with shooting and killing a 52-year-old woman named Yolanda N’Gaojia on March 22, 2022, while she was reportedly visiting the grave of her dead son on his 22nd birthday at the Calvary Baptist Church Garden of Memories Cemetery.

According to Fox News, the police were called to the scene on March 22 around 5 p.m. and told that two people had been shot and were hurt. About two hours later, N’Gaojia was pronounced dead. The second victim had some injuries, but they were not life-threatening. Weston, who is 17 years old, has been charged with murder.

A 15-year-old boy from Texas is charged with killing his mother while she was holding her grandchild.

A 9-year-old girl killed her 4-year-old brother with a broomstick, and her aunt was arrested for child abuse.

KXXV says that Weston is being held without bond because he is charged with murder. He will also have to pay a $5,000 bond for carrying a gun without a license, which is a separate charge. The investigation is still going on, and it is said that the teen will be taken to the Bell County Jail.

In a press release, the Killeen Police Department said that officers were sent to the 13000 block of State Highway 195 on March 22 after a shooting. Authorities say that when officers arrived, they found two people who had been shot. One person was taken to the hospital, but the other person died from her injuries and was pronounced dead at 6:56 pm. At that time, however, no one knew who the dead person was. Kineh N’Gaojia, the woman’s ex-husband, told KWTX that she was at the grave of their son Amir, who was from New Jersey and died on New Year’s Day of this year, according to his obituary. He was one of the three kids that the couple had.

The husband also wrote about how he felt on Facebook. He put down, “I don’t know what to say because I can’t believe what’s happening. This is the kind of thing you see in movies, but we live it every day. I can’t believe you are gone Yolanda N’Gaojia.”

Reports from KWTX also said that a Chevrolet Camaro with bullet holes and crime tape around it was seen at the scene. The Killeen Police Department said that the shooting was a one-time thing.

When police said that Weston had been arrested on August 14, the husband wrote, “I hope he gets the death penalty.”
