She pleaded guilty to the charges on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, and due to the fact that she had recently given birth, she received a brief prison sentence of 60 days and ten years of probation. The prosecution, on the other side, had aimed for a 40-year prison sentence.

She claimed the child had obtained her photos, which she claims he then altered.

Prison Time Given To Marka Bodine And Charges
Marka Bodine received her punishment on Tuesday. He is not presently housed in a Texas prison, though. She may receive a life sentence in prison, but she will just be locked up for two months.
Bodine won’t have to report to jail until June 2023 because she just gave birth. Bodine, a teacher at Tomball Intermediate School, will always be classified as a sexual offender.
For her charge of continuing to attack a juvenile under 14, the maximum punishment is life in prison. Lawyers had requested a 20-year prison term.
However, criminal defense attorney Christopher Downey thinks that Bodine’s state of mind at the time of the assault may have contributed to her light sentence.
