Robyn and Juan initially seemed to have the ideal marriage and family of four, but by 2012, they were having relationship problems.

There were suspicions that Juan had been unfaithful during that time, which Robyn later verified on RHOP, according to Bustle. Robyn, though, also gave “emotional troubles” and Juan’s NBA career credit for their breakup.

In 2016, Robyn acknowledged to OK! Magazine, “We got divorced because we weren’t in a good place in our relationship, there was kind of some cheating, and we weren’t really in tune and connected.”

In 2012, Robyn and Juan got a divorce decree. The same year, Juan revealed to Diamondback Online that Cris was “the love of his life.” According to reports, Juan and Cris began dating in 2009, although Robyn and him were still legally wed.

The Real Housewives of Potomac’s troubled relationship between Robyn and Juan is on display in January 2016.

Two years following their divorce, according to Robyn, Juan moved in with her and the boys. Robyn and Juan vehemently denied having a romantic relationship, though. Robyn said, however, that she and Juan continued to share a bed and frequently pretended to be still be married.

Juan Dixon proposes once more!

Robyn and Juan exhibited their baffling relationship to TV audiences over the first few seasons of RHOP. The pair tried dating other people, spoke about getting back together, and ultimately decided to give their relationship another shot. By 2017, Juan and Robyn were back together, but Robyn admitted to The Daily Dish that they hadn’t “placed a name” on it.

Juan referred to Robyn as his “fiancée” in December 2019. At their holiday celebration, Juan got down on one knee and asked Robyn to marry him. In a nighttime Instagram video, Robyn can be seen grinning with joy as Juan pops the question to her while Gizelle and her other friends encourage her.

Robyn Dixon acknowledges that Juan and her financial issues brought them back together in October 2022.

Robyn and Juan have discussed topics they want to get right the second time since their re-engagement. On the broadcast, Robyn made it clear that she wanted them to avoid experiencing financial difficulty again.

The couple acknowledged before their reconciliation that they had lost all of Juan’s funds to former basketball player Earl Badu. According to reports, Earl pretended to invest Juan’s inheritance but ended up robbing them of thousands of dollars before committing suicide.

Robyn reportedly had a $217,000 debt and was making $2,000 per month when she filed for bankruptcy in 2012, according to RadarOnline.

Robyn revealed on RHOP that she’s thinking about having a prenuptial agreement to safeguard the money she now has as the family’s “breadwinner” ten years later.

I want to discuss signing a prenup with Juan, Robyn said. She said, “I don’t think that in a divorce, the one who makes less money should automatically get half. That half was not earned by them.

The prenuptial agreement’s fate has not been disclosed by Juan and Robyn. The couple, however, just moved into the gorgeous new house they began constructing in Season 5.

Robyn expressed her pride in them for sticking together despite their difficulties and added that their finances are now back on track. The reality star did point out that their reconciliation was eventually brought on by their financial crisis.

At BravoCon 2022 in October, Robyn admitted to People, “I’ll be honest, Juan and I definitely wouldn’t be together today if we weren’t broke and if we weren’t on the show.”

“I say that because it’s more important to want each other to get to a better position because we have children,” the speaker says, “because you have to come together when you’re hurting financially and have to help one another for the sake of your kids.”
