Joe Buck admitted to the New York Post in 2021 that he had mental health issues.
The media said that he claimed to have seen a therapist and taken antidepressants. Buck, 53, once felt anxious and strove to appear positive and healthy on television.
His physical and mental health have made it difficult for him to perform his daily tasks and fulfill his obligations to his wife and children. He did, however, try to be the best husband he could be.
In that interview, Buck admitted that he had been bullied for being overweight as a young child and that he still felt the effects of those old wounds.
In 2016, Buck revealed that, as a result of, what he called, a hair-plug addiction, he had once had paralysis of his left vocal cord. In 2011, he underwent a hair replacement procedure and experienced severe nerve damage.
He also admitted that he had anxiety and depression issues. He has talked about the duty of continuing the broadcasting tradition of his father, Jack Buck.

Reports for Monday Night Football and its program broadcast Monday Night Countdown featured the former National Football League cheerleader. On October 15, 1976, Michelle, now 45, was born in the United States.
