The first part of Jersey Shore Family Vacation Season 5, which aired on MTV in March, focused on the dysfunctional marriage of Chris Larangeira and Angelina Pivarnick. In the first half of the reality series, the couple attempted to repair their relationship by visiting a sex therapist.
They will discuss their relationship in more detail in Part 2 of Jersey Shore Family Vacation. On June 23, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET on MTV, a brand-new episode of the programme will debut. Chris Larangeira reportedly divorced his wife in January due to “irreconcilable issues,” according to reports.
Relationship between Chris Larangeira and Angelina Pivarnick
After becoming engaged a year earlier, Chris Larangeira and Angelina Pivarnick were wed in November 2019. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season three finale featured a scene from their wedding.
The couple’s love and problems become the main plot line of each of the several series. “Unfortunately, Chris and I did not have sex, and there was no s*x on the real wedding night either,” Angelina confessed to her housemates in one of the episodes from the previous season.
Even more candidly, Angelina acknowledged during a confessional that their sex life was “nonexistent” and that she did not believe they could “rekindle the fire in our relationship.”
However, the couple appeared to be doing well in the first part of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation season five. With the assistance of a sex expert, the couple opens up to one another in the episode named The Sexpert.
Angelina talked about being abandoned as a youngster, and Chris acknowledged that he felt inferior to Angelina’s friends and family. Chris, though, stated that he sees them remaining together in an episode of The Lie Detector Test.
However, Chris filed for divorce in January 2022 despite making every effort to keep their union intact.

In January 2021, supposedly two years into their marriage, Angelina filed for divorce, but their case was ultimately dismissed. In January 2022, Chris then initiated a divorce proceeding against Angelina in New Jersey. Currently, Angelina and her ex-husband are engaged in a contentious divorce proceeding.
In an interview with People about her divorce, Angelina stated that she believed Chris wasn’t solidly on her side, which was “a key reason” for the split. Even though we’ve been apart for some time, she said, “I still cry a lot nowadays. But in the end, that was actually my biggest issue. In many aspects of my life, I never felt like he was on my side. I am unable to feel that way. I constantly want to join my partner’s squad. I desire the opposite. I want to unite us. a strong group. He has my back, and I have his.
They “weren’t on the same page in a lot of things,” according to Angelina, who also thinks that “there were a lot of lies going on” and “he could say whatever he wants about me.”
